What You’ll Actually Do
• Executive Reporting: Develop executive-level presentations communicating consolidated financial performance to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Data Synthesis: Analyze consolidated financial information to identify meaningful trends and performance drivers, summarizing large volumes of data into concise executive insights.
• Public Company Support: Support the preparation of financial materials used in shareholder meetings, investor communications, and other public-facing financial presentations.
• Financial Storytelling: Translate complex financial analyses into clear, audience-appropriate narratives and design executive-quality visuals that improve understanding of financial performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, and business unit finance teams to gather supporting information and assist with strategic initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years in financial analysis, financial reporting, valuation, investment analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investor relations, equity research, management consulting, or similar analytical roles; experience working with large financial datasets.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, financial reasoning, outstanding written communication, strong presentation design, exceptional attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience preparing executive presentations and communicating financial information to senior leadership; experience supporting publicly traded companies or corporate reporting environments.
