The Tone:
This is a full-time role at REV Group, Inc., specifically supporting Ferrara/KME, a manufacturer of fire trucks and emergency response vehicles. Ferrara/KME offers a full line of pumpers, aerials, industrial, wildland, and rescue apparatus. This position is essential for the Finance / Accounting Department, providing critical support to the Controller by conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic planning.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to assess business performance and investment opportunities.
• Report: Prepare reports, presentations, and projections for senior management or clients.
• Evaluate: Evaluate current and historical financial data to determine company value and investment potential.
• Strategize: Study business, industry, and economic trends to inform strategic planning.
• Budget: Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 3-5 years of automated accounting experience; prior experience at a manufacturing company is beneficial.
• Skills: Advanced MS Excel experience, ability to handle a high volume of transactions, experience with month-end and year-end journal entries, working knowledge of general accounting systems.
• Bonus: Prior Great Plains (ERP) experience, prior audit experience, cost accounting exposure/experience.
