This role is crucial for defining strategy, driving adoption of AI solutions, and delivering measurable impact across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define AI Strategy: Define and drive the AI strategy for Securities Services Operations, establishing a risk-aware roadmap and securing senior stakeholder alignment.
• Lead Program Execution: Lead end-to-end program execution, standing up operating models, securing funding, and orchestrating cross-functional workstreams.
• Scale AI Capabilities: Deploy and scale core AI capabilities like Copilot, LLM chat tools, speech-to-text, and agent builders, defining adoption archetypes and risk controls.
• Build Enablement Engine: Build the AI enablement engine by producing enterprise-grade collateral, delivering training, and equipping managers with executive-ready toolkits.
• Prove Value and De-Risk: Instrument and track usage, adoption, and productivity impact, delivering executive dashboards and managing associated risks and controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Professional in Financial Services Strategy and Transformation, with a strategic operator mindset.
• Experience: 6+ years in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles in financial services, with direct experience deploying AI and automation at scale.
• Skills: AI fluency for operations, consulting-grade communication and storytelling, ability to lead complex cross-functional programs, structured problem-solving, and risk and control acumen in regulated environments.
• Bonus: Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, enterprise LLM chat tools/platforms, or agent builder frameworks in operational settings; strong change management credentials; fluency in delivery and governance methodologies; exposure to process mining, automation, and analytics platforms.
