Legal Assistant Paralegal | TBG | The Bachrach Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time or part-time in-office position located in Marietta, Georgia. TBG | The Bachrach Group is recruiting for a growing boutique law firm specializing in estate planning and probate matters. This role is essential for delivering high-quality client support and contributes directly to the firm’s collaborative culture and long-term success. • Mission: Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to clients and attorneys within estate planning and probate matters.

What You’ll Actually Do
Calendar & Client Coordination: Manage attorney and firm calendars, including appointments and deadlines, and coordinate client meetings and document signing appointments.
Document Preparation: Draft correspondence, prepare client packets, and develop comprehensive estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and deeds, as well as probate filings.
Client Signing & Education: Lead client signing meetings, thoroughly explaining estate planning documents, and ensure all execution packages are properly completed before clients depart.
Information Management: Maintain accurate client and matter information within firm systems, manage organized case files, track deadlines, and oversee workflows.
Professional Communication & Support: Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals, providing ongoing support throughout matters and assisting with broader office operations and administrative projects.

The Must-Haves
Background: Experienced legal professional with core domain knowledge in legal support, specifically within estate planning and probate, or a family law background demonstrating strong client-facing skills.
Experience: Prior professional experience serving as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is required.
Skills: Demonstrate strong client service and communication skills across various platforms; Possess exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently; Exhibit strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work; Maintain the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Be comfortable and effective working within a fully in-office environment.
Bonus: Specific prior experience in estate planning and probate is preferred, or a background in family law coupled with proven client-facing proficiency.
