• Mission: This role supports the Global Sponsorships team to ensure efficient operations, effective delivery in a deadline-oriented environment, and the provision of first-class experiences to customers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Preparation & Coordination: Work with the Head of Americas Global Sponsorships to prepare for all upcoming meetings, providing necessary context, pre-meeting documents, and briefings, and act as the main point of contact for scheduling and planning requests.
• Project Tracking & Status Reporting: Maintain a weekly task list to track and manage the status of each property, and meet bi-weekly with Property Managers to ensure accurate tracking of status and progress.
• Strategic Documentation & KPI Reporting: Create planning and strategy documents for property leads, and collaborate across various internal and external technology platforms to develop and streamline reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Financial Operations Management: Support the management of the budget with the agency of record, submit and track shopping carts and Purchase Orders across North America properties, handle status changes or delays, and create new vendors for payment.
• Team Alignment & Support: Manage special projects and activities as they occur, track the team’s fulfillment of requests from higher-level management, and create alignment among the North America Sponsorships team through concise budget process documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with the ability to support the role full-time.
• Experience: None explicitly required, though a demonstrated capacity for initiative, perseverance, and curiosity in meaningful projects is valued.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop.
• Bonus: Strong organizational, detailed-driven, and responsive multi-tasking abilities; strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach; and a proactive, troubleshooting mindset with a positive work ethic.
