What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable analyses.
• Support: Support valuation analysis and due diligence across active deals for clients.
• Presentation: Prepare offering memorandums and client presentations for various transaction stages.
• Research: Conduct industry and company research to inform and support deal strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-career level professional with a required tie to Columbus. Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or public accounting is essential.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, public accounting, or similar fields. Demonstrated client-facing communication experience.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent deal timelines.
