Sr Manager, HCP Marketing – Belamaf | GSK
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at GSK, located in Philadelphia, PA or Durham, NC. Cancer continues to be a core area of intensive focus, with the aim to redefine expectations in cancer care. • Mission: Supports key promotional activities to redefine expectations in cancer care for customers and patients.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Define and drive the development of the HCP strategy and activities, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategic objectives.
• Execution: Lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners to drive excellent execution and achieve brand goals.
• Optimization: Partner with insights and omnichannel analytics teams to optimize marketing performance and adapt strategies in an agile manner.
• Compliance: Lead the review process across functional areas to ensure marketing materials meet legal, regulatory, and medical accuracy standards.
• Planning & Budget: Contribute to the annual operational planning process, shaping tactical plans and budgets, and managing multiple program budgets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a firm understanding of core marketing principles including market analysis, consumer behavior, branding, positioning, and campaign management.
• Experience: 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biologic marketing experience, including experience bringing promotional materials through legal, regulatory, and medical review. Ability to travel up to 25%, including some weekends.
• Skills: Marketing Campaign Planning, Marketing Strategy Implementation, Omnichannel Marketing, Data to Insights, Digital Fluency.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree (MBA), Oncology experience in marketing and/or sales, product launch experience, core marketing experience, knowledge of the healthcare system, experience influencing without direct authority, and demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team.
