Digital Marketing Specialist | Confidential Employer
The Tone:
This is a fixed-term contract role at Ariston Group, located in Milano, IT. Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, providing an extensive range of solutions for climate control, water heating, and air handling. This role is crucial for the Marketing Italy Team, as it supports the definition and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the Italian market. The position contributes to growing Ariston Group brands by enhancing customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand engagement across key businesses.

• Mission: Supports customer acquisition, lead generation, brand engagement, and customer retention through an integrated digital ecosystem for the Italian market.
• Tech Stack: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation platforms, Power BI (or equivalent analytics tools), Content Management Systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager), Meta Platforms, LinkedIn (Social Media Advertising platforms)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Strategy: Support the definition and implementation of the annual digital marketing strategy for the Italian market, building customer-centric journeys across all sales cycle stages.
• Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Advertising, while monitoring key performance indicators.
• Digital Ecosystem Management: Own and continuously improve the Italian digital ecosystem, including brand websites, landing pages, and dealer touchpoints, focusing on user experience and conversion rates.
• Content & Social Media: Develop digital content strategies aligned with product launches and business priorities, coordinating production and managing the editorial calendar to strengthen brand awareness.
• Data Analytics: Monitor and optimize campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools, analyzing customer behavior and market trends to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years in Digital Marketing with proven experience in planning and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns and strong experience in B2B2C environments.
• Skills: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation platforms, Power BI (or equivalent analytics tools), Content Management Systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager), and Social Media Advertising platforms (Meta and LinkedIn); Fluent English.
• Bonus: Experience in durable goods, HVAC, home appliances, construction, building technologies, or related industries.
