What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models, analyze historical performance, and assist in explaining complex projected financial information to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Valuation: Conduct comprehensive valuations of companies and businesses utilizing various methodologies to provide critical insights for transactions.
• Transaction Execution: Coordinate and conduct thorough business due diligence processes, meticulously examining company financials and operations to facilitate the successful execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Presentation Development: Develop and produce high-quality confidential memoranda, impactful management presentations, compelling marketing pitches, and other essential presentation materials for client engagements and new business outreach.
• Engagement Support: Actively assist in the marketing efforts for new business and the seamless execution of existing client engagements, contributing to the firm’s growth and client success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: The ideal candidate for this Senior Analyst role will possess prior investment banking experience, with foundational coursework in accounting and finance. This position requires a fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and their practical application in real-world scenarios. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong work ethic and the capacity to operate independently within an active environment.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of direct investment banking experience is a mandatory requirement for this role, providing a solid base for contributing to complex financial engagements.
