• Team: Working within the Financial Benefits Consulting team, under the supervision of team leaders.
• Mission: Provide financial guidance and assistance to account teams and clients, representing the Financial Benefits Consulting team’s core services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Demonstrate proficiency in collecting required data and materials for successful project completion, as directed by team leaders.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze client data from carriers to provide recommendations to account management teams or clients for effective rate and funding level negotiations.
• Client Deliverables: Prepare, analyze, and consult on various client deliverables, adhering to the scope of services defined by the Financial Benefits Consulting team.
• Contract Review: Competently and independently review contract documents, such as SPDs, administrative agreements, and claim exclusions, to determine their impact on financial reports.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist in collecting data and preparing reports to demonstrate the financial status for identified clients, collaborating with GSC Financial Benefits Consulting and Client Teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 0 years of related experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking to meet deadlines with quality and accurate deliverables.
• Bonus: Advanced Excel skills and a Math or Finance degree preferred.
