The Tone:
This is a full-time, remote role at Brilliant®, located within the U.S. (Eastern or Central Time zones only). Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed, multi-site healthcare platform, seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team. This position offers a strong opportunity for someone early in their career to support financial planning, reporting, and analytics within a dynamic finance environment. The role is critical for providing clear business insights and decision support to leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Build: Develop and maintain essential financial models and reporting files.
• Assist: Help with the creation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including materials for leadership and the board.
• Analyze: Examine revenue, performance trends, and other key business drivers.
• Provide: Offer ad hoc analytical support for finance and cross-functional teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 1–4 years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business analytics, consulting, or other analytically rigorous business roles.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and effective communication skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling; experience with large or messy data sets; familiarity with BI tools like Looker or SQL; background in healthcare, revenue cycle, multi-site operations, or a private equity-backed environment; prior hybrid or remote work experience.
