What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide general administrative support to the branch manager and assist in coordinating the activities of employees maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.
• Coordination: Schedule and dispatch service technicians daily for maintenance and service calls.
• Financials: Process and bill completed service invoices and provide quotes to customers for necessary repairs.
• Logistics: Order necessary parts for service and schedule return service calls as needed.
• Communication: Maintain customer communication by providing updates on service calls through various tools and ensuring maximum customer service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years experience in an administrative position or a dispatch role.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organization; self-directed with excellent customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the HVAC industry or Service trade industry.
