This is a consulting role at Deloitte, with locations across Germany, including Stuttgart. This role is crucial for helping clients make strategic AI & Data decisions, spanning from defining AI & Data strategies to implementing large-scale data platforms and visual analytics programs.

• Mission: Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex enterprise data solutions to achieve success and deliver significant value for clients.
• Tech Stack: Snowflake, Databricks, Data-Warehousing, Datenmodellierung, ETL/ELT-Prozesse, Airflow, dbt, SAP-Datenintegration, Microsoft Fabric

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Successfully lead AI & Data projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and cultivate client relationships to expand the Integrated Analytics & Architecture area.
• Technical Guidance: Mentor the team and serve as a technical expert to ensure the robustness and scalability of data solutions.
• Architecture Design: Apply expertise in conceiving and implementing modern, scalable, and secure data architectures, using current technologies and best practices.
• Client Focus: Continuously deepen understanding of client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A good degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics with an IT focus, or comparable studies.
• Experience: Several years of consulting experience successfully managing Data Analytics projects, from conception to implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architectures. Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Skills: Ability to clearly communicate architecture concepts to technical development teams. Very good knowledge of cloud-native data platforms, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and orchestration tools. Excellent German and English, written and spoken. Willingness to travel.
• Bonus: Knowledge in SAP data integration and Microsoft Fabric.
