• Mission: Acts as the organization-wide design authority for the Diagnostics Division, aligning global planning processes with long-term divisional goals and the ASPIRE program framework.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Visionary Leadership: Define and drive the strategic vision for state-of-the-art process design across Demand Planning, Distribution-Requirement, Deployment, MRP, and Intercompany Supply Chain networks globally.
• Design Authority: Serve as the global design authority to align planning processes with long-term divisional objectives and the enterprise-wide ASPIRE program framework.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing international team of 10-15 professionals based across Mannheim, Indianapolis, and Rotkreuz, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Process Standardization: Direct the global process portfolio and champion the standardization and business acceptance of our next-generation ERP (SAP/OMP) ecosystems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with executive-level stakeholders, including the DSC and Global Operations Leadership Teams, to mediate complex matrix requirements and accelerate digital innovation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: You hold a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable discipline, with deep domain expertise in supply chain management and business process architecture.
• Experience: You bring 7+ years of deep domain expertise in supply chain management, business process architecture, and large-scale system implementations (SAP/OMP), along with a proven track record of executive stakeholder management and managing multi-cultural teams through complex, multi-year strategic transformation initiatives.
• Skills: You possess strong methodologies in change management and conflict resolution, an ability to influence matrixed organizational structures, drive cross-functional alignment, and are fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Bonus: A professional certification in Business Process Management (such as ABPMP or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
