What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide research, analysis, and preparatory work for senior colleagues.
• Monitor: Keep track of market events and generate new trade ideas.
• Review: Conduct portfolio reviews and learn about client solutions offered.
• Present: Prepare and deliver market updates and trade recommendations.
• Collaborate: Work with various teams, including Sales, Trading, Structuring & Origination, or Digital Markets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Coursework in finance or economics is required.
• Experience: Strong interest in global financial markets. If pursuing a Master’s degree, it must be within two years of receiving your Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, quantitative (algebra, statistics, probability), and interpretative skills; ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment; adaptable, flexible, and resilient; fluency in English.
• Bonus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage projects.
