Administrative Clerk II – Paragon Infusion | Elevance Health

What You’ll Actually Do
• Referral Processing: Reviews and processes incoming referrals thoroughly, then accurately enters patient orders into the designated operating system for efficient workflow.
• Information Exchange: Makes and receives phone calls, and manages email communication to effectively exchange information with customers, suppliers, and internal company associates to accomplish tasks.
• Record Management: Establishes and maintains comprehensive records, logs, and files, also receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and email communication.
• Data Handling & Reporting: Classifies, reconciles, consolidates, and summarizes various documents and information, performing necessary processing and coding, and compiling regular and special reports using established formats.
• Operational Support: Scans claims, correspondence, and other related documents, flags quality issues as they arise while completing and maintaining production logs, and operates basic office equipment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Skills: Clerical duties, data entry, phone communication, record management, document processing, basic office equipment operation.
• Bonus: Experience working in a medical office setting.
