What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and reporting systems to accurately track project funding.
• Financial Management: Reconcile financial balances and support the implementation of sound financial management practices.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with internal controls and provide assistance during financial audits.
• Strategic Support: Provide essential financial analysis to inform and support critical project decisions.
• Record Maintenance: Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and financial management tools to monitor performance and maintain accurate financial records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent with core domain knowledge in financial management, budgeting, or project financial oversight.
• Experience: THREE (3) or more years experience in financial management, budgeting, or project financial oversight, requiring an ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “SECRET” Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard, the ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “TOP SECRET” security clearance is required.
• Skills: Financial data analysis, project funding tracking, balance reconciliation, internal control compliance, financial reporting.
• Bonus: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “TOP SECRET” Federal or DoD security clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, highly developed analytical skills for evaluating costs/benefits/project outcomes, the ability to analyze and solve problems while articulating complex ideas clearly, and proficiency in solving complicated math problems through data disaggregation.
