The role is vital in supporting employees to excel in their careers by providing excellent payroll operations support and contributing to continuous systematization and process optimization.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including the collation and validation of inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting.
• Process Optimization: Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy within the team.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in internal and external audits.
• Vendor Oversight: Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and service level agreements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring pursuit of an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling, with proven ability to perform high-quality academic projects.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in Excel and project management, alongside effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience in payroll tools and processing, demonstrating proficiency in relevant payroll tools.
