• Mission: Drive financial planning, investment discipline, and operational execution, ensuring alignment between product strategy, technology investments, and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Partnership: Guide strategic planning and resource allocation for Product, AI, and Technology leadership.
• Financial Planning: Direct annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Expense Management: Oversee and optimize engineering, platform, and infrastructure cost drivers.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate and prioritize product and technology investments through business case development.
• Performance Insights: Generate actionable insights by tracking key metrics for spend, efficiency, and product performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or related roles, including supporting Product, Engineering, or Technology organizations.
• Skills: Strong experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or investment analysis, solid understanding of technology cost structures and product development cycles, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Bonus: MBA or advanced degree, experience in technology, fintech, or services environments, and comfort operating in a matrixed environment.
