What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and help explain historical and projected financial information.
• Company Valuation: Perform comprehensive valuations of companies and businesses.
• Transaction Execution: Coordinate and perform business due diligence, and execute M&A transactions.
• Presentation Creation: Prepare confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other client-facing materials.
• Client Engagement: Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements, and build relationships with clients and professional advisors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, demonstrated through relevant coursework. Candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and their practical application in an investment banking context.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of prior experience within the investment banking sector is required for this role.
• Skills: Requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data and excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings clearly.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include strong financial modeling and computer skills, particularly proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, alongside a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively with all levels of staff within a team environment.
