The Tone:
This role is for an experienced professional at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. The company helps brands like Airbnb and WhatsApp accelerate their digital transformation through unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs. This is a key role within a tight-knit Campaign group, designed to support the North American Sales team and ensure their success in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Marketing Efforts: Support Vonage’s overall marketing efforts and significantly drive market share within the cloud communications sector.
• Generate High-Value Leads: Create and execute targeted campaigns specifically designed to generate high-value leads for the sales team.
• Build Sales Relationships: Develop strong, confident relationships with the Sales team by understanding their needs and aligning marketing strategies.
• Optimize Regional Campaigns: Understand regional market dynamics, align marketing plans accordingly, and deliver on established objectives.
• Implement Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize internal stakeholder expertise and a data-driven approach to optimize marketing spends and ensure profitable outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in a SAAS B2B or software/high-tech environment.
• Experience: 5+ years prior experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) plan creation and project design based on TAM analysis, demand and pipeline generation, field marketing, campaign development and execution, events, and brand; plus 2+ years working with Sales and Care teams.
• Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, integrated marketing capabilities, experience in Account Based Campaign creation and execution, metrics and results-driven focus, strong relationship building skills, strong business and project management skills, and the ability to think strategically while executing flawlessly.
• Bonus: Master’s degree preferred.
