Territory Sales Manager (Central), Golf Technology | Confidential Employer

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Revelyst Golf Technology, located in Austin, TX or Houston, TX. The company develops golf technology products and is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the Central US region. This position is critical for expanding market share, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Territory Management: Drive overall revenue performance for the assigned Central region territory (IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, WI) and ensure the achievement of regional sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Building: Travel extensively to golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, and partners to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers, conducting product demonstrations and training.
• Strategic Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyzing sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a regional liaison, providing actionable market intelligence and customer feedback to sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Sales Reporting & Compliance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools, prepare sales forecasts and reports for leadership, and ensure compliance with company standards and pricing policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management.
• Experience: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles; prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives is preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools; comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays, and holds a valid driver’s license.
• Bonus: Golf industry experience (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods); an existing network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partners; experience selling technical, data-driven, or performance-focused products.
