What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft, prepare, and review a variety of legal documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Assist in comprehensive trial preparation, including the organization of evidence, creation of exhibits, and scheduling of witnesses.
• Manage all aspects of document review and discovery processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Utilize legal case management software to meticulously track and manage active cases, maintaining up-to-date and accessible information.
• Conduct thorough legal research and writing to support case preparation and the development of strategic legal arguments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced litigation paralegal specializing in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Experience: 5+ years as a plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal, including proficiency in legal document preparation, trial preparation, document review, and discovery processes. Solid experience with legal case management software, ideally iManage.
• Skills: Excellent knowledge of legal compliance and legal writing; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; exceptional organizational and communication skills; a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
