Junior Paralegal | North Bridge Staffing Group
The Tone:
This is an ongoing contract role, expected to last a minimum of two years, located onsite in New York, NY. North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a leading global financial services firm for this position within their in-house Legal team. The firm provides essential financial services globally. This role offers recent or upcoming college graduates a significant opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience, supporting senior attorneys and paralegals in managing corporate documentation, records, and contracts, before potentially pursuing law school.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide direct assistance to Senior Corporate Attorneys and the Legal team.
• Review: Examine contracts, trading agreements, and other critical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Records: Oversee the firm’s Legal Records Library, tracking, organizing, and retrieving key legal documents.
• Prepare Contracts: Ready contracts for execution and handle signature collection through DocuSign and physical copies.
• Report: Generate and maintain reports from internal databases and systems, and assist with legal audits and special projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required. This is an entry-level position for recent or upcoming college graduates.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; highly organized, analytical, and meticulous with details; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated professional polish and maturity.
• Bonus: Prior legal internship or corporate experience; strong academic background and extracurricular involvement; familiarity with DocuSign or similar tools.
