What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Transactions: Coordinate the end-to-end processes for capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Model Financials: Construct complex financial models, including leveraged buyout, accretion-dilution, discounted cash flow, and company comparable analyses, to evaluate deal structures.
• Produce Client Materials: Prepare essential client-facing documents such as offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for client meetings.
• Drive Business Development: Perform research and conduct various analyses to support new business generation and the expansion of the Technology Investment Banking platform.
• Engage Stakeholders: Lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments, conducting industry due diligence, and interacting with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. This role is positioned for an Investment Banking Associate.
• Experience: Possess two (2) years of experience in a Financial or Investment Analysts role. Must include significant experience with financial and valuation analysis, specifically constructing discounted cash flow (DCF), M&A accretion/dilution, and leveraged buyout (LBO) scenario analyses. Prior experience should also cover structuring M&A, IPOs, and debt issuance deals, encompassing terms negotiations, legal frameworks, and analyzing deal risks and benefits, as well as conducting industry and company due diligence within investment banking transaction processes.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for complex financial modeling, data analysis, and presentations. Demonstrated ability to utilize financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, and Thomson One for market research and analytics.
