Marketing & Events Intern | Price Benowitz LLP

The Tone:
This is an unpaid, short-term internship at Price Benowitz LLP, a nationally recognized, mid-sized law firm headquartered in Washington, DC. The firm, with offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic, combines exceptional legal representation with meaningful community engagement across practice areas like Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family Law. This role is vital for the Marketing team, as it directly supports their efforts to build and maintain relationships within the communities served through local events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives. The internship runs from the last week of July through early September, offering focused, hands-on experience.

• Mission: Assist with the planning, execution, and support of community marketing initiatives and live events throughout the greater Washington, DC area.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Assist with the planning and coordination of community marketing events.
• Logistics: Prepare, organize, transport, and set up event materials and displays.
• Representation: Represent Price Benowitz alongside Marketing team members at community events, welcoming and engaging with attendees.
• Operations: Assist with event breakdown, inventory management, and organization of marketing materials.
• Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the Marketing team as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Interest in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or event management.
• Experience: No specific years required; designed for students seeking hands-on experience in event planning and community outreach.
• Skills: Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, outgoing personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with the public, and ability to lift and transport event materials.
• Bonus: Access to a personal vehicle is helpful but not required; eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.
