Marketing & Content Intern | HelmIQ
The Tone:
This is a remote, part-time internship at HelmIQ. HelmIQ is building an AI-native operating system designed for firms that manage deals and long-term relationships, helping investment teams streamline their workflows from sourcing to deal tracking. This role is crucial for growing HelmIQ’s brand presence and reaching private markets by creating targeted content, managing social media, and supporting demand generation efforts. The work you do will ship directly and its impact will be quickly visible within this early-stage startup environment.
The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Strategy: Draft and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels that speaks to private markets and investment teams.
• Audience Engagement: Grow the HelmIQ company page audience and engagement from an early base.
• Asset Creation: Help produce short-form content, product highlights, and customer-facing copy.
• Demand Generation: Support lightweight demand-generation efforts including outreach lists, campaign copy, and tracking what works.
• Market Analysis: Research the competitive landscape in CRM, sales tooling, and private-markets software.
• Messaging Development: Turn product updates and customer wins into clear, compelling messaging.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Experience: Genuine interest in B2B software, fintech, or private markets with curiosity about how these firms operate. Comfortable with social platforms, especially LinkedIn, and a sense for what makes content perform.
• Skills: Strong writing skills, with the ability to take a technical idea and make it clear and interesting to a business audience. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning projects.
• Bonus: Any experience with content tools, basic design (Canva, Figma), analytics, or email marketing is a plus.
