This role is critical for providing essential administrative and procedural support to attorneys specializing in insurance coverage, ensuring efficient workflow and allowing legal professionals to focus on their core casework. Your contributions will directly support the firm’s operational excellence and continued success.

• Mission: To provide comprehensive administrative and procedural support, ensuring attorneys’ calendars and court filings are meticulously managed.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Management: Manage and execute all e-filing procedures accurately across state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Formatting & Filing: Prepare and format legal documents for precise electronic filing in both state and federal court systems.
• Calendar Management: Maintain and meticulously update attorney calendars, including scheduling and confirming critical meetings, depositions, and examinations under oath.
• Resource Coordination: Arrange and confirm necessary resources such as court reporters, conference rooms, and teleconferences.
• Communication Support: Handle all incoming communications by proficiently answering phones and managing emails for assigned attorneys.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally within the insurance coverage domain.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in legal terminology and court procedures, vital for supporting legal operations.
• Skills: Expertise in e-filing across state, federal, and appellate courts, strong document formatting abilities, precise attorney calendar management, and effective scheduling capabilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ProLaw and Worldox document management systems is considered a valuable asset.
