• Mission: This person solves the problem of ensuring efficient workflow and client support by consistently following through on tasks, taking ownership of their work, communicating proactively, and maintaining high levels of organization to support the firm’s specialized legal services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Management: Own all assigned work, ensuring every task is followed through to completion without the need for frequent reminders.
• Communication: Proactively communicate early and often with team members and clients, providing updates and seeking clarity as needed.
• Organization & Efficiency: Maintain a highly organized approach to all duties, thriving on efficiency to manage workflow and support the legal team effectively.
• Client Support: Treat every client with kindness, dignity, and respect, understanding that details matter because people matter, and genuinely enjoying helping others through sensitive legal processes.
• Problem Solving: Actively look for solutions to challenges instead of offering excuses, contributing to a proactive and productive work environment.

• Background: Entry-Level. A dependable and organized individual who is eager to learn the firm’s systems and procedures. Candidates must genuinely enjoy helping people and be seeking a long-term career where their work makes a difference.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required, as the firm is committed to teaching its systems and procedures. However, a proven track record of dependability, following instructions, and adherence to deadlines is essential.
