Financial Systems Analyst | Koch

This is an internal consulting role, located onsite in Wichita, KS, Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX, or Auburn Hills, MI, with flexibility as needed. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Act as a trusted partner to businesses and capabilities throughout the monthly financial close process.
• Assess: Perform tool fit assessments, apply critical thinking, and recommend optimal solutions for financial applications.
• Identify: Uncover strategic opportunities within the organization and specifically within the OneStream tool.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product and business teams to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize: Construct or enhance existing system processes and facilitate the planning and execution of system projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with a transformational mindset, possessing strong accounting and finance knowledge, particularly in financial close and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting financial close and FP&A processes using OneStream, including proficiency with financial consolidations, eliminations, allocations, and metadata management. Proven ability to develop and deliver financial reports and manage multiple initiatives and projects while partnering with key stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong project management, project execution, and system administration skills, coupled with critical thinking and effective communication to work across all levels of the organization.
• Bonus: Advanced responsibilities in OneStream as a power user or administrator; CPA, public, or corporate accounting experience; business segment or Corporate FP&A experience; experience with EBX or other master data management tools; ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders; or proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, VB.Net, or C# for business rule development and troubleshooting.
