What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Assist with analysis and review of the organization’s financial performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial and statistical data.
• Reporting: Create and develop reports and presentations on financial performance for internal use by management and operations teams.
• Automation: Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing, and reporting of consolidated financial results.
• Problem Solving: Develop effective solutions to problems in financial analysis, reporting, and/or forecasting through individual effort or as part of a team.
• Data Management: Input and monitor financial data into appropriate financial systems, such as Workday, and retrieve/manipulate data to confirm accuracy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a High School Diploma/GED combined with 2-3 years in business administration, business analysis, finance, or military equivalent.
• Experience: 2-3 years demonstrating the ability to successfully manage a P&L and knowledge of formal budgeting processes, Procurement & Payables processes, and Financial & Accounting Systems.
• Skills: Ability to use AI to streamline business processes, build and run automated workflows using Python, create and maintain dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI, utilize SQL, and make independent, time-sensitive decisions.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Transportation Logistics, Finance, or a related field, along with 2-3 years’ experience specifically in a Financial Analyst role.
