Revenue Analyst | Arden Trust Company

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Kestra Holdings, supporting Arden Trust Company and other lines of business within a nationwide organization of over 1600 employees. Kestra Holdings provides industry-leading wealth management platforms for independent financial professionals, empowering them to grow their businesses and serve clients effectively. This role is crucial for supporting accurate revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to informed decision-making across multiple product lines and distribution channels.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support consolidated revenue reporting across Kestra Direct, Private Wealth, and Kestra Insurance business lines.
• Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly revenue results, including variance analysis against prior periods and budget.
• Package Development: Assist in developing reporting packages and dashboards that cover key metrics like AUM-based fees, commissions, and net flows.
• Forecasting: Assist with revenue forecasting, including budget and reforecasting processes for various product lines.
• Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support revenue projections and in-depth analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience utilizing advanced Excel functionality.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with large datasets, strong understanding of financial analysis and revenue drivers, solid understanding of financial statements and accounting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Proven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders; highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
