• Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ceilings & Walls FP&A, as a key member of the FP&A team.
• Mission: This person solves for financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
• Tech Stack: SAP/BW, OneStream, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and execute annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans, ensuring high-quality, complete data across P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, delivering insight into KPIs involving revenue, cost structure, and margins.
• Apply financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, to support various requests and build analytics models for investment, price & margin, and headcount planning.
• Utilize digital tools, analytics, and automation to simplify processes, improve scalability, and ensure data integrity of systems and reports.
• Cultivate business partner relationships across the organization to translate financial results into insights, develop financial acumen, and drive cost productivity efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or complex operating environment. Candidates must have a strong foundation in financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting/close processes with the ability to connect results to business drivers.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, hands-on experience with financial systems, planning tools, large data sets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid foundation in accounting.
• Bonus: Experience with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, building driver-based models, strong data visualization and financial storytelling skills, a data stewardship mindset, and a continuous improvement orientation to standardize, automate, and streamline processes.
