What You’ll Actually Do
• [Financial Analysis]: Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information for various purposes.
• [Transaction Execution]: Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions.
• [Client Presentation]: Prepare marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, and management presentations as needed.
• [Valuation]: Perform detailed valuation and ad hoc financial analyses for client engagements.
• [Team Leadership]: Supervise and mentor junior staff members on various project tasks and professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution, demonstrating advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience, including extensive operational, financial modeling, valuation, and hands-on M&A experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal, written, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Prior transaction experience specifically within the Healthcare or Technology industry.
