What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Leadership: Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
• Financial Analysis: Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Business Growth: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions within the Diversified Industrials & Services sector.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years of investment banking experience, with required experience running sell-side M&A transactions.
• Skills:
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63).
• Expertise in executing M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
• Ability to develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong client advisory and relationship management capabilities.
