This Vice President position is within the Healthcare Group, a team of over 100 investment bankers globally, known as a trusted advisor to top decision-makers in healthcare services. The role is pivotal for immediately contributing to the group by leading and executing sell-side M&A transactions, capital markets, and financial restructuring assignments for a diverse client base.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create, oversee, and analyze complex financial models, including valuation and ad hoc financial analyses, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Transaction Execution Leadership: Coordinate business due diligence and lead the execution of M&A transactions, including preparing essential marketing collateral.
• Client Engagement: Develop and deliver client presentations, marketing pitches, and confidential information presentations to support engagements and new business generation.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors to foster partnerships.
• Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior investment banking staff members, guiding their development and contributions throughout engagement lifecycles.

The Must-Haves
• Undergraduate Degree: Exemplary academic record from an accredited institution with advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• 6+ Years: Direct investment banking experience, including hands-on M&A, extensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation expertise.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal, written, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Healthcare Expertise: Proven transaction experience specifically within the Healthcare industry.
