What You’ll Actually Do

• Experience: While this is an entry-level internship primarily focused on cultivating emerging talent, candidates should demonstrate potential for leadership through prior academic excellence, significant involvement in extracurricular activities, or impactful community service initiatives. Prior internship experience, though not required, will be considered an asset.
• Skills: A strong, demonstrable interest and foundational understanding of American constitutional principles, federalism, and the importance of civic engagement. Candidates must also possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude suitable for a leadership development program.
