What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Drafting: Assist attorneys with drafting various legal documents.
• Legal Research: Perform thorough legal research to support ongoing cases.
• Discovery Analysis: Review and analyze discovery materials comprehensively.
• Trial Preparation: Provide assistance with all aspects of trial preparation.
• Litigation Observation: Attend and observe trials, depositions, hearings, and other litigation events when opportunities arise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates who have recently completed law school and are awaiting Bar Exam results, demonstrating foundational legal knowledge.
• Experience: Demonstrated capacity to assist litigation attorneys with legal document drafting, research, discovery review, and trial preparation.
• Skills: Strong legal research capabilities, effective legal writing and analytical skills, and proficiency in supporting litigation processes.
• Bonus: An interest in pursuing a full-time Associate position upon passing the Bar Exam, within a firm recognized for its collaborative environment and modern legal practice.
