What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Evaluate financial data to deliver insights that inform executives and improve business operations.
• Reporting: Translate complex financial data into clear, concise written summaries and present findings directly to leadership.
• Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across various departments to proactively identify and analyze performance trends.
• Strategy: Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and guide strategic decision-making for a growing North American company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting, providing a strong foundational understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in core business software including Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling, and Microsoft Word for document creation. This role also requires the ability to travel up to 10% for business needs.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely, excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments, and a dedicated commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and collaborative environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL for database querying and Power BI for advanced data visualization and business intelligence reporting.
