GE Vernova Financial Management Program – US 2027 | GE Vernova

The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year early career development program at GE Vernova, primarily located in Atlanta, GA and Schenectady, NY. GE Vernova is dedicated to electrifying the world while simultaneously working to help decarbonize it, providing advanced, cleaner, and efficient power technologies. As part of the Financial Management Program, you will make a global impact by contributing to GE Vernova’s strategic priorities and launching your finance career within a globally diverse community.

• Mission: Deliver on GE Vernova’s strategic priorities by contributing to the finance organization while launching an early career in finance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute four, six-month rotation assignments within GE Vernova, gaining broad experience in areas like Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Develop strong functional knowledge and professional skills through a formal finance training curriculum, complementing on-the-job learning.
• Collaborate with and present financial insights to senior leaders, leveraging their guidance as coaches and mentors throughout the program.
• Actively uphold GE Vernova’s values by participating in and contributing to an inclusive culture both within the company and in the communities served.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Experience: Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of business concepts and strategy, with a foundation in business/accounting or analytical coursework.
• Bonus: Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0; interest in the Energy industry; demonstrated characteristics of being humble, transparent, focused, and a problem solver, including being analytical-minded, a critical thinker, and a team player.
