Launch Graduate Program: Financial Analyst | Momentum

This role, as a Finance Analyst within the Momentum Launch Program, is designed for recent graduates to provide key financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support, contributing to organizational initiatives and accelerating professional growth within a growing, values-driven environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Provide financial analysis and support across revenue and expense budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and profitability analysis.
• Model: Develop and maintain complex Excel financial models, seeking ways to innovate and reduce completion time.
• Report: Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports, including variance analyses and trending reports.
• Support: Assist the month-end financial close process by thoroughly analyzing data for errors and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate: Partner with teams across the organization to model financial impacts of business investments and client pricing for strategic decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles. Prior experience working with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Skills: Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and adaptability.
• Bonus: Experience with ERPs or financial modeling software.
