This role is crucial for the execution of live deals, providing essential financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction support to senior bankers. The position offers significant exposure to deal processes and fosters internal growth within a collaborative team setting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build financial models and perform comparable company and transaction analysis.
• Transaction Support: Assist with deal execution, manage data rooms, and support buyer outreach efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry, company, and competitive analysis.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts and coordinate information exchange with stakeholders.
• Client Materials: Prepare presentations and other client-facing deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Required understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal processes.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or M&A advisory is required.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
