What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct fundamental equity research across growth-oriented sectors, analyzing company performance, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Modeling: Build, maintain, and enhance advanced financial models for investment analysis.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data tools to enhance research workflows and generate insightful analysis.
• Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve research efficiency through automation or data structuring.
• Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts and sell-side analysts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional, this role is designed for a high-performing junior analyst who combines strong fundamental research capabilities with a technology-enabled approach to research, data analysis, and investment process. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of growth equity investing principles and valuation frameworks.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst/Associate. Demonstrated ability to build and analyze financial models and synthesize complex information. Hands-on experience independently leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to build workflows, analyze information, and improve productivity.
• Skills: Expertise with Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with limited direction.
• Bonus: Experience covering consumer, industrials, or technology sectors.
