• Team: Global Survey Operations team within CSG: Survey Operations
• Mission: Enable efficient, high-quality survey research at scale by supporting platform governance, data accuracy, dashboarding, and operational workflows.
• Tech Stack: Qualtrics XM Suite, Excel/VBA, SPSS, SAS, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib/Seaborn

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Platform Access: Review and approve daily ARM requests, ensuring accuracy of Qualtrics roles and following up on pending approvals.
• Ensure Platform Governance: Support user management, permissions, lifecycle management, naming conventions, and compliance checks for the survey ecosystem.
• Maintain Survey Reporting: Update the Survey Overview Dashboard weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, and assist in automating reporting workflows.
• Facilitate Communications: Prepare and distribute the bimonthly Surveys by the Numbers newsletter, showcasing research impact stories and SAP-wide survey metrics.
• Process Research Inquiries: Triage and categorize incoming requests for platform access, permissions, methodology guidance, and research consultations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Survey Research, Marketing, or related social sciences.
• Experience: Prior experience in survey research, project management, and data analysis.
• Skills: Qualtrics XM Suite expertise across dashboards, survey design, text analytics, workflows, and automation; familiarity with BI & analytics tools such as Excel/VBA, SPSS, and SAS for data transformation; experience with data visualization tools including PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
