This role is crucial for an experienced investor to lead the complete investment lifecycle, contribute significantly to firm strategy, and work closely with its founder in a cross-asset environment. It offers substantial ownership and influence within a small, high-conviction platform.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Investment Lifecycle: Lead the full investment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring across various asset classes.
• Evaluate & Structure Deals: Evaluate complex capital structures across diverse asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Private Credit.
• Mentor Team & Engage LPs: Mentor junior team members and actively engage with the firm’s sophisticated Limited Partner membership base.
• Drive Deal Flow: Source high-quality investment opportunities and cultivate strategic relationships across North America and Europe to enhance deal flow.
• Conduct Due Diligence & Prepare Memoranda: Perform rigorous financial, operational, and legal due diligence, preparing detailed investment memoranda for equity, debt, and complex capital instruments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An investment professional with a strong track record in private markets.
• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or principal investing.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analysis capabilities, adeptness at navigating complex capital structures and multi-asset class diligence, and exceptional communication skills.
• Bonus: A self-starting investor who thrives in a collaborative, Midtown Manhattan-based office environment.
