What You’ll Actually Do
• Report Generation: Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Financial Planning: Assist in the creation of budgets, forecasts, and detailed variance analyses.
• Model Development: Develop and meticulously maintain financial models and spreadsheets for various analyses.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Reporting Support: Support critical month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of financial analysis experience, including internship experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; Clear communication of financial information to diverse stakeholders; Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
