What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze financial data and business performance metrics to identify key trends.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Budgeting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities within the organization.
• Monitoring: Monitor financial performance, assist with variance analysis, and maintain financial records.
• Collaboration: Reconcile financial data, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with accounting and business teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred for this entry-level role.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, administration, or related roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and robust written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Internship or entry-level finance experience, knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting, familiarity with Excel functions and data analysis, or experience with ERP/financial software.
