2026 Finance Postgrad Internship – Nutley, NJ | Reckitt

This is a 10-week, in-person postgraduate internship program at Reckitt, situated in Nutley, NJ. What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide critical analytical support for the accounts payable team, which involves thorough data examination to ensure the smooth and efficient running of financial operations and supplier interactions.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of vendor setup and configuration, meticulously establishing and maintaining accurate supplier records within financial systems.
• Actively support and contribute to various finance projects, applying your skills to help drive key departmental initiatives forward and enhance business processes.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive account analysis and financial reporting, offering clear, actionable insights into financial performance and expenditure patterns.
• Process, meticulously verify, and accurately reconcile all incoming invoices, simultaneously completing payments and implementing robust controls to effectively manage and reduce business expenses.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be recent graduates holding a BS/BA degree, with this internship starting August 1, 2026, and concluding September 30, 2026. A foundational understanding of either accounting principles or financial analysis methodologies is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively with various finance reporting systems is essential for successful performance in this role.
• Skills: Possess a meticulous attention to detail, exhibit a strong analytical mindset capable of spotting nuanced discrepancies, demonstrate an inherent curiosity for data, and show a tenacious willingness to thoroughly investigate and resolve financial queries.
