• Mission: To support the Trade Finance line of business through transaction execution, client material development, and comprehensive reporting.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Develop comprehensive pitchbooks to support new business initiatives and client presentations.
• Transaction Support: Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate the approval, structuring, and successful execution of new financial transactions within Trade Finance.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed reports to accurately track the progress and status of ongoing transactions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create and ensure the accuracy of existing reports, alongside designing and implementing new reports to meet evolving or specific ad-hoc information requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education. This is an early career role, specifically supporting the Trade Finance line of business.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in corporate or investment banking, which can include internships. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is essential for this role.
• Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective team and client interaction. Strong analytical skills combined with robust financial acumen. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and self-prioritize a heavy workload. Demonstrated capability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management. A foundational understanding of the product development life cycle.
