What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation and transaction analysis.
• Research: Conduct company and industry research to support business development and deal execution.
• Client Materials: Prepare pitch books, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations for client deliverables.
• Analysis: Analyze financial statements and assess company performance and valuation metrics.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes and assist in coordinating transaction execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial services role (preferred).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel-based modeling and valuation techniques, ability to interpret financial data, effective verbal and written communication, capability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Investment Banking or high finance internship(s) (preferred), FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (preferred), FINRA License S7 (preferred), FINRA License S79 (preferred), FINRA License S63 (preferred).
